What we do

Six things we do well. Nothing we don't.

Concrete is the core of the business. Fencing and sod are there because a new patio or driveway usually leaves a yard that needs finishing, and it's simpler for you if one crew handles it.

Driveways & Sidewalks

New pours, tear-outs and replacements, extensions and turnarounds. 4,000 PSI mix, fiber and rebar reinforcement, and control joints cut within 24 hours of the pour.

Patios & Outdoor Living

Patios, fire pit pads, pool decks, and steps. Broom, trowel, or stamped finishes, always pitched to drain away from the house instead of toward it.

Decorative & Stamped

Stamped, stained, and exposed-aggregate finishes. You pick the pattern and color from full-size samples, not a brochure, before anything is poured.

Decorative details

Slabs & Flatwork

Shop and shed pads, garage floors, carport slabs, and equipment pads. Thickened edges where a building sits on it and anchor bolts set to your plan.

Fencing

Wood privacy, picket, and chain link. Posts set in concrete below the frost line, rails level, and gates that still swing true a year later.

Sod & Yard Prep

Grade, topsoil, and fresh sod after the concrete is in. Bermuda or Zoysia, rolled in, with a watering schedule so it takes.

How a project goes

Four steps, and a phone call before each one.

  1. Site visit & written estimate

We come out, measure, check grade and drainage, and send an itemized estimate within 48 hours. The number on the estimate is the number on the invoice unless you change the scope.

  2. Prep & forming

Excavation, a compacted gravel base, forms set to grade, and steel placed on chairs rather than laid on the dirt. This is where most concrete fails, so it's where we spend our time.

  3. Pour & finish

We order the mix for your job, not a generic one, and we won't pour in weather that will hurt the cure. Finish, edge, and cut the joints on schedule.

  4. Cure, seal & walk-through

We walk the job with you, explain how to treat it during the first month, and don't leave until you're satisfied with what you see.

Why it lasts

What you'll notice on our job site.

  • Steel on chairs, every time

Rebar laid on the ground does nothing. Ours is suspended in the middle of the slab, where it actually carries load.

  • Base compacted, not just raked

We run a plate compactor over the gravel in lifts. A slab is only as good as what's underneath it.

  • Joints cut the same day

Concrete cracks. Control joints decide where. We cut them before the slab makes that decision for us.

  • A clean site when we leave

Forms pulled, backfill graded, wash-out hauled off. Your neighbors won't know we were there except for the new driveway.
