Stamped patio with fire pit pad

Ashlar slate pattern with walnut release over a warm gray base color. Fire pit pad thickened to 6 inches, seat wall poured in place, two coats of sealer.

Driveway tear-out and replacement

Removed an old driveway with several failed panels. New compacted base, 4,000 PSI with fiber, broom finish, and a turnaround added at the garage.

30×40 shop slab

6-inch slab with #4 rebar at 18-inch centers, thickened edges for the metal building, anchor bolts set to the manufacturer's plan. Poured in one placement.

Pool deckFayetteville · 1,100 sq ft

Pool deck and coping

Exposed aggregate with local river rock for slip resistance, cantilevered coping poured in place, drainage routed away from the house.

Fence & sodLowell · 210 linear ft

Privacy fence and new sod

6-foot cedar privacy fence on steel posts set in concrete, one walk gate and one double drive gate. Yard graded and sodded in Bermuda once the posts cured.

Front walk and steps

Curved front walk with a hand-tooled border and three poured steps to the porch. Broom finish to match the existing driveway.

Stained garage floor and apron

Existing slab ground and profiled, acid stain in a mottled brown, two coats of solvent-based sealer. Apron replaced and matched to the new finish.

SodBella Vista · 6 pallets

Backyard regrade and sod

Regraded a backyard that held water against the house, brought in topsoil, and laid six pallets of Bermuda with a watering schedule for the first month.

Covered patio extension

Extended an existing slab under a new covered porch, doweled into the old concrete so the joint stays level. Broom finish with a smooth troweled border.
